Our environmentally sensitive and luxurious 3 br/3.5 bath home was built in 2021 by renowned Baja Sur design / build team Ricardo Arteaga and Sam Galina. With attention to craft, the house feels soothing and invigorating. It is immersed in the desert, nestled between the Sierra Laguna mountains and the soft Pacific coastline.

The space
Welcome basket of local treats awaits you upon arrival.

Each room is equipped with an en-suite bathroom -- plus a half-bath in the living space -- with a spa-like feel.

The house is an 6 minute walk to the beach via a desert path.

Swim day and night in the property’s heated saltwater pool. When the sun sets and the chilly ocean breeze wafts over the desert lands, enjoy warm relaxation in the soothing spa tub while staring at a million stars.

The water in Todos Santos comes from the stunning mountain biosphere in the center of the peninsula. A house filtration system further refines the water, which is potable to drink from all of the faucets.

Watch the sun sizzle into the ocean each evening from the rooftop lounge area.

Although we prefer to toss the windows open and let nature keep things cool with the concrete of the home, each room also offers air conditioning.

The cloud-like beds are replete with soft washed linens and cozy comforters.

Our beloved house manager Amy is available at all times to personally assist with anything you might need.

Neighborhood overview
The home is situated in the growing community of Las Tunas, near the secluded surf beaches of Las Playitas and Playa Los Mangos. It's beautiful, tranquil neighborhood with an array of restaurants and coffee shops nearby.
Getting around
You'll need a car to get around. We're about a 4-5 minute drive to the nearest restaurant, and a 7-9 minute drive into the center of Todos Santos.
